  1. Erase Files- HOW TO ERASE FILES
  2.  
  3. Erase files removes documents from you hard drive or floppy disk.
  4.  
  5. 1.  Select "Erase" from the Files menu. 
  6. 2.  Highlight the file you wish to erase by clicking on it.
  7. 3.  Click the open button.
  8. 4.  Click the "OK" button if you are sure you want to erase the file.  Click the "Cancel" button if you do not want to erase the file. 
  9. 5.  You may repeat the process or click Cancel when are finished.
